Dr. Khong and his staff are friendly, informative and professional. Dr. Khong takes time to ask questions, does a thorough exam, and answers medical questions in an easy to understand manner. I highly recommend Optical One Kenner to anyone in need of an eye care specialist!

I recently went to Optical One because of a very bad stye, and I was quite scared because of how awful I felt. Dr. Carolyn Tran and the entire staff gave me excellent care. The doctor was very kind and patient (because I don't speak the language very well) and helped me, and I'm finally feeling much better. Best Optometrist Office on the Westbank and a great selection of frames! The front desk was very welcoming and Dr.Tran walked me through my entire examine and made sure I didn’t have any questions before leaving.

Dr. Daniel is truly the best eye doctor in the universe, and his staff is just as phenomenal. After Hurricane Ida, I was forced to relocate to Texas, and as I approached 50 years old, my vision significantly declined. I could barely see and desperately needed the correct prescription. I brought my daughter for 3 visits to another Dr at a hospital. They kept dilating her and trying to get a script for her that way.... They gave her s total of 3 different glasses and she could not see through them.. i decided to take her to Dr. Daniel and he got her prescription correct.. she was amazed at how clear she can see.
